Peter J. Cavanaugh, J.D.

Mr. Cavanaugh was born in Detroit, Michigan. He is admitted to practice law in all Michigan courts, the U.S. District Court, Eastern District and Western District of Michigan, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit, and the U.S. Court of Federal Claims in Washington, D.C.  

Practice Experience

Mr. Cavanaugh's practice is concentrated on business and construction law matters, including litigation, arbitration, and mediation of contract disputes, construction lien and surety bond claims, and disputes involving contractors, subcontractors, suppliers and design professionals.
